system, follow this.

Log in to blogger account and Go to Setting >> Comments
And make setting like this and click save setting.

1. Log in to blogger account and Go to Design >> Edit HTML
    (make sure backup your template first)

3. Find this tag by using Ctrl+F    </body>

3. Paste below code before   </body>  tag
